Notice to Dhumal, 3 others in IPS officer's VRS case
In a case related to the withdrawal of resignation of former IPS officer A N Sharma by previous BJP regime, a court in Shimla on Wednesday issued notice to former chief minister Prem Kumar Dhumal, former chief secretary Ravi Dhingra, former home secretary P C Kapoor and Sharma.
