MS Dhoni fined Rs 450 for violating traffic rule in Ranchi

Ranchi traffic police on Tuesday imposed a fine of Rs 450 on India cricket team captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni for violation of traffic rules.
 
Dhoni’s Bullet motorcycle had no number plate, said a Ranchi Police officer.
 
Ranchi superintendent of police (Traffic) Kartik S confirmed the development to Hindustan Times.

”We have launched a drive against unregistered and missing number plates in the state capital. Under this drive, we found that Dhoni’s Bullet had no number plate. However, the fine has been imposed on Tuesday evening due to some technical reasons,” Traffic SP said.
 
He, however, said that Dhoni supported the drive against unregistered and missing number plates. “Dhoni has promised for his full cooperation to the Ranchi police’s drive in the city,” Traffic SP said.
